Value metric
The unit a price scales with, chosen because customers see more value as it grows.
A value metric is what the customer counts when they decide whether the product is worth its price: seats, documents, calls, revenue processed.
Choosing one
A good value metric grows with the customer's success, is easy to predict, and is hard to game. Packaging then decides which features come with each step.
In our work
We price per team because a team is what grows when a customer gets more from the schedule. Every later change, from packaging to discounts, starts from that.
